What Is Jenerations’ Privacy Policy?

We collect your name and email address when you sign up for our e-updates. If at any time you wish to stop receiving our e-updates please click on the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the e-mail.

If you purchase products or services from us via the website, we will collect financial and billing information in addition to your name, phone number and billing address, although this information is not permanently saved.
Our website features third party links. We have vetted the links for security and integrity to the best of our abilities, however, all third party links have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for what happens once you leave our website.
We never sell or trade your personal information to any organization outside of Jenerations Health. We never collect or store healthcare or medical information.

We do not currently use cookies, though we reserve the possibility of doing so in the future if it lets us offer a better digital product. In the event that we decide to use cookies, we will update our privacy policy to reflect that.

What Are Your Refund Policies?

Live Interactive Webinars:

Registrations for live interactive webinars may be canceled 15 days prior to the program date with full refund. Cancelations made after this date will receive credit for another Jenerations live interactive webinar.

Recorded Webinars:

Purchase of recorded webinars can be refunded in full or exchanged for a different recorded webinar within 72 hour  of purchase date
