Jennifer L. FitzPatrick, MSW, LCSW-C, CSP is the founder of Jenerations Health Education, Inc., a full service healthcare education organization. With over 20+ years experience in healthcare, Jennifer is also a gerontology instructor at Johns Hopkins University’s Certificate on Aging program. Her mission is to help healthcare organizations and professionals grow while empowering patients and their caregivers.

Jennifer appears frequently in the media and has been featured on ABC, CBS, NBC, Univision, Sirius XM and in Fast Company, Reader’s Digest, Forbes, U.S. News & World Report, The Huffington Post and many more. A member of the National Speakers Association, she is one of less than 800 Certified Speaking Professionals (CSP) worldwide. Her first book, Cruising Through Caregiving: Reducing The Stress of Caring For Your Loved One helps family caregivers and is also a resource for healthcare professionals who want to set better boundaries with patients.

When she’s not speaking and writing, Jennifer loves boating with her husband Sean. In nautical circles her claim to fame is being the Chesapeake Bay’s least talented first mate. Having grown up in the Philadelphia area, her secret talent is parallel parking.

Ann Morrison

PhD, RN

Dr. Morrison is former faculty from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center where she was an Investigator and the Education Specialist for many years. She is also currently a gerontology instructor at the Johns Hopkins University Certificate on Aging Program. Recently moved to the beach, Ann reports she is “studying” the role of shoes versus flip-flops on brain function. She claims full size shoes hurt her brain!

Lesa is the Clinical Director at For All Seasons, Inc. as well as a Jenerations associate speaker. Lesa is an expert on attachment, trauma and psychotherapy. Lesa's combined passion for teaching about trauma and her sense of humor offer attendees a unique opportunity to learn as well connect with one another.
Lesa’s guilty pleasure is eating popcorn with chocolate chips. She also loves romantic movies, tea and working out.

Mary is a Registered Nurse board certified in gerontology with more than 30 years’ experience in the geriatric health field. She has been a consultant to families, businesses, and care facilities as well as a successful caregiver advice columnist. She was a consultant for many years to the Anne Arundel County, Maryland Department of Aging and Disabilities, and a caregiver support group facilitator for 17 years. Mary is currently an associate speaker with Jenerations Health Education, Inc. speaking on subjects related to dementia care, eldercare, caregiver issues, and successful aging.

Mary’s guilty pleasure is peanut M&Ms. When’s she’s not speaking and writing, she can be found singly along enthusiastically to her favorite tunes while she drives.

Stephanie Goldstein

BSW, LBSW

Stephanie is a member of the Jenerations’ speakers bureau as well as our CE compliance director. She is on faculty at Baltimore County Community College and works in care management with Ferretto Eldercare Consulting. Her experience includes both working directly with patients and as a manager in mental health and long term care for over 20 years.
When not working, Stephanie enjoys going to farmer’s markets and the beach. She also keeps busy juggling her kids’ swim meet schedules.

Joanna is a member of the Jenerations speaker's bureau. She is also the founder of Frankel Care Consulting and on faculty at Howard Community College, teaching both Aging and Mental Health and Social Gerontology.
Joanna loves spending as much time as possible with her husband and two sons. She loves sushi and running…and FUN FACT: she was once a Baltimore Ravens cheerleader!

Darlene Snow

Darlene Snow is the Business Support Specialist with Jenerations. It’s her friendly voice you hear when you call our office! She provides administrative support to our entire team.

In her “free” time, Darlene’s passion of event planning and logistics kicks in as she coordinates numerous events through her event planning business. She is an active volunteer in her Shelby County, Kentucky community and serves on the Board of Directors for both Habitat for Humanity of Shelby County and Leadership Shelby. She is also involved with her local Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Programs Committee.

You’ll also find Darlene hanging out with her two little loves, her pups Ruger and Shilo. Often driving around town with them as they joyfully stick their heads out the windows to greet everyone they see. A lover of true crime shows, she often finds herself binge watching recorded episodes of LivePD.
